2021 Stock Repurchase Announcement

The Stock Repurchase Program for 2020 has been completed with the buyback of 5% of the outstanding shares of the Trust’s stock for a price of $5.79 per share.  Those shareholders holding and tendering 1,000 shares or less will have  received a check for the entire amount tendered.  In that the number of shares tendered exceeded 5% the shares tendered were prorated, the remaining shareholders will receive payment for approximate 22% of the shares tendered and will now own the remaining shares in Direct Registration which is a non paper certificate book entry form.  If you have not received communications and a check related to the buy back,  contact your Broker or Equiniti Trust Company at 1-800-468-9716.
