Officers

The following are officers of the Trust elected by the Trust Managers and are also employees of FCA Corp and/or its parent company, First Commonwealth Holdings Corp:

Robert Burns

Robert Burns joined First Commonwealth Holdings Corp in 2004 and serves as the Vice President & Treasurer of First Commonwealth Mortgage Trust. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mississippi State University. Mr. Burns is a Texas Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of public accounting and insurance related experience.

William LeVay

Bill LeVay joined First Commonwealth Holdings Corp in 2008 and serves as the Assistant Secretary of First Commonwealth Mortgage Trust. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University. Mr. LeVay is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Steven Crawford

Mr. Crawford is the Assistant Secretary of First Commonwealth Mortgage Trust. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a MBA in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Crawford is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
